What is the application of corrugated steel machine?

This machine is mainly to produce the corrugated profile sheet, the sheet can be used for roof and wall.

As we know, steel roof/ wall sheet is widely used in large span factory building, warehouse, office buildings, villas, roof, cold storage,

air purification room, stores, kiosks, and temporary housing.

What's the dimension of the corrugated roof sheet?

The regular coil input width is 1450mm, 1250mm, 1220mm, 1200mm, 1000mm and 914mm

The output width depends on the profile size, the profile size is customized according to client's request.

We can take one model profile size for example:

the coil input width is 1220mm and output width is 1060mm.

There are 13 waves from the drawing, and wave height is 18mm, wave distance is 88mm.

This drawing is done according to client's request, then we make the machine follow this drawing.
